Concrete moisture. Every slab we touch gets a moisture test first. If your slab is pushing water vapor up from below, it needs a moisture-barrier treatment so the coating bonds for good — and that adds cost. The difference with us: we tell you the exact added number before you commit, never after the grinder is already running. That’s the only variance in our pricing, and it’s the honest part most companies bury.

Why “free estimate” usually means “sales visit”

When a company won’t post a price, there’s a reason. The in-home estimate is a sales appointment — a commission rep sizes up your house, your truck, and your patience, then prices accordingly. Is a coated floor worth it?

A polyurea/polyaspartic floor doesn’t yellow in the sun, doesn’t peel off with hot tires, wipes clean of oil and road salt, and adds a finished look that buyers notice.
