Flat $8 per square foot. All-inclusive. No salesman in your living room. We coat Piedmont garages in a single day — walk on it tonight, park on it in 24 hours.
Piedmont is right in our backyard. We’re a Canadian County company ourselves, so coating garages in Surrey Hills and the fast-growing new additions off Piedmont Road is a short drive from the shop. New construction here means clean, square slabs that finish beautifully.
Piedmont’s building boom has put a lot of fresh concrete in the ground. New slabs still need a moisture test and a proper diamond grind — we don’t skip steps just because the floor looks clean.
We proudly serve Surrey Hills, the Piedmont Road additions and the newer builds north of NW 178th.
Most companies make you book an in-home estimate so a commission salesman can size you up. We just tell you the price.
Standard slabs. If your concrete needs moisture-barrier treatment, we tell you the exact added cost before you commit — never after. See the full breakdown on our pricing page.
Old epoxy floors take 3–4 days and still yellow in the sun and peel from hot tires. We use a polyurea base and a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat — stronger, faster-curing, and built for an Oklahoma garage. Every Piedmont slab gets a moisture test first; if it isn’t a candidate, we say so.
